 So, why did we start Wise Owl Accounting? It all started with a simple idea. After years of working in the accounting industry, Nena and Olivia Holt, a mother-daughter duo, started noticing a disturbing trend in the accounting and tax industry: their clients were paying extremely high fees, yet were left in the dark about their own finances. They didn’t understand their taxes, their numbers, or even their business structure. There was no respect, support, or clarity - things they and you truly deserve. Instead of being empowered, they were left confused and overwhelmed.

 That’s when Nena and Olivia asked themselves, “What if we could do this better? What if we could help people feel confident in their finances and taxes, making the process simple and clear?” They knew there had to be a better way. Small businesses and individuals like you deserve a partner who truly cares - someone who explains things clearly and works just as hard for the underdog as large firms do for big corporations.
