We keep our pricing completely transparent and flexible. Depending on your needs, we offer hourly rates, fixed monthly rates, and hybrid billing options. 

If you use us for multiple services (i.e., combining bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation) we bundle everything into a single, clear monthly agreements so you get predictable costs and are never double-billed.

Our payment terms vary depending on your agreement, with billing structured on a monthly or quarterly basis. 

We accept the following payment methods:

• Checks: Please make payable to "Wise Owl Accounting, LLC."
• ACH/Bank Transfer
• Debit & Credit Cards
• Apple Pay

Note: Online electronic payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Check payments incur no additional fees.

We offer flexible options depending on your location! Because we operate from a home office rather than a traditional brick-and-mortar shop: 

• In Virginia: We are happy to meet with you either in person or remotely - whichever is the most convenient for you.
• Outside of Virginia: We work with you 100% remotely using secure digital tools, phone, and video consultations.
